Saim PassForge ("we", "our", or "the app") is designed to help users generate, organize, and manage passwords in a secure and visually simple environment. We take privacy seriously and aim to keep your data under your control.

By using Saim PassForge, you agree to this Privacy Policy and its terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app.

2. Information We Collect

Saim PassForge is built to minimize data collection and avoid unnecessary exposure of personal information.

• No account required: You can use the app without signing up or creating an account.
• No personal identity collection: We do not require your name, address, or phone number to use the app.
• User-entered password data: Passwords and related information that you choose to store inside the app are saved locally or within your chosen storage model.
• Optional support contact: If you contact support, we may receive your email and the details you include in your message.

3. Password Storage

Passwords, notes, labels, and related records managed inside the app are intended for your personal organization and secure access.

• Stored password entries remain under your control
• Favorites and history are used only to improve your in-app experience
• Export features are initiated only by the user

4. Password Generator

The password generation feature works based on options you choose, such as uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Generated passwords are created only for your own use.

5. Strength Indicators

Saim PassForge may analyze password composition locally inside the app in order to show a strength indicator. This process is used only for helping you choose stronger passwords and does not involve external sharing.

6. Copying and Sharing

The app includes options to copy or share password information when you choose to do so.

• Copy actions are triggered manually by the user
• Sharing actions occur only when you explicitly select them
• No password is automatically sent or shared without your action

7. Export Functionality

Saim PassForge may allow you to export your stored password list for backup or transfer. Exported content is created only when requested by you, and you are responsible for how exported files are stored or shared afterward.

8. Local Data and Device Storage

Data may be stored on your device for functionality such as password history, favorites, settings, and theme preferences. If you delete the app, locally stored data may also be removed, depending on your device system behavior.

9. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data and we do not intentionally share password content with third parties. If future versions include anonymous crash reporting or analytics, such tools will be used only to improve app stability and performance.

10. Data Security

We aim to apply reasonable design practices to protect the integrity of the app and its stored data. However, no digital storage or transmission method can be guaranteed 100% secure. Users are encouraged to protect their devices with system-level security such as passcodes, Face ID, Touch ID, or device encryption when available.

11. Children’s Privacy

Saim PassForge is not directed specifically at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Your Choices and Control

• You can add, edit, delete, favorite, copy, or export your password records at any time
• You can choose whether or not to use share and export features
• You may stop using the app at any time
